So Lead. | A Women in Leadership Program by ADVIS & The Heads Network

Now in its third year, the ADVIS & The Heads Network is bringing together women who are done being told what they can't do, and are ready to do it anyway.

Participants will engage in dynamic, hands-on learning that will equip them with the practical tools to build high-performing administrative teams and the strategic voice to articulate their personal leadership narrative.

Sessions include:

• Next-Level Storytelling - Katherine Dinh

  • Own your story and lead with authority. This session explores how identity—specifically as women and women of color—shapes leadership style in environments where expectations are high and margins for error are slim.

• Building & Strengthening Your Administrative Team - Ayanna "Yanni" Hill-Gill

  • Deepen your leadership bench by creating stronger, more effective administrative teams. This expanded, interactive session dives into strategies for crafting agenda-driven meetings, fostering trust, and providing feedback that grows leaders.
