Registration Information
Registration is open to all women who aspire to headship or senior leadership in schools. In order to participate, your school must be a member of The Heads Network. The seminar fee of $1,250 includes the entire seminar experience including all meals and transportation to/from the seminar hotel and Asheville School. Hotel accommodations and transportation are paid for by the attendee. Space is limited, so be sure to register today!

The Women’s Leadership Seminar holds a special place in my leadership journey. At this Seminar, I was first exposed to a diverse group of female heads – diverse in age, marriage status, types of school, and circumstances that brought them to school leadership... At the time, I didn’t think I would ever know enough or be wise enough to head a school. However, those women saw something in me that I didn’t see in myself. They were the ones who gave my name to search consultants and encouraged me to apply for jobs.
I teach in the Women’s Leadership Seminar to pay it forward. Someone in that cohort may need to see someone like me and hear my story to give them the idea that they can serve schools in this manner.
