A limited room block has been reserved for attendees of The Heads Network 2024 Annual Conference at Rancho Bernardo Inn (also the conference site) for a discounted rate of $299 per night + tax. The group rate is available three (3) days prior and three (3) days post event based on availability.

Note: A deposit of $299, representing one night room charge, plus tax and assessments, is required and will be credited to the individual room account when your reservation is made and will be credited back to the individual room account.

Travel
The closest airport to Rancho Bernardo Inn is San Diego International Airport (SAN) (~35 minutes drive). The Inn does not provide shuttle service from the airport, so you will need to arrange your own transportation to/from the conference site.
Driving yourself to the Inn? There is a reduced $25.00 fee per night for each vehicle self-parked and a reduced $35.00 fee per night for each vehicle valet parked at the facility.
